  1. When will I get alerts?
   Alerts are sent to you as soon as possible, and when you are online.

  2. What happens if an alert goes out, but I'm not here to see it?
    Super Alert's mouse-sensing technology delays alerts until you are at your computer. Alerts have birth dates and expiration dates meaning you don't get alerts that are old. You can always view the archives to see past alerts.

  3. What happens when I block an alert?
    When you block an alert, a window will show up and ask you if you want to block the alert provider, or just one of the provider's services (for example, block Fox New entirely (provider) or Fox News Entertainment (provider's service).
